I finally came back to France after a month in Asia. And I attended different conferences during the past weeks, and I wanted to tell you more about them.
Back to France
Now that I'm back home, I really want to focus and find my productivity. It was hard to work abroad this time as I'm getting used to my full setup at home.
But now, it's way better, even if it's still not the best. My November was very, very bad, but it's okay, mainly due to travelling a lot. I hope that December will be better.
I don't know if I will finish all my goals for 2025, but I will try to until the end of the year.
Tengucon
When I was in Japan, thanks to my friend Link, I got in touch with someone else working at Bug Crowd, and I heard of the Tengucon, which is a hacking conference in Akihabara, in Tokyo.
It's mainly a hardware conference, but that was really great as I wanted to start digging this subject, so great opportunity.
I met @BusesCanFly, who is a great hardware hacker, and he helped me discover the subject.
During the two days of the conference, we went to some shops near Akihabara to buy some shitty stuff like very old cameras or routers to break them and try to get a shell.
That was really funny as it was quite easy for him but very interesting for me.

I plan to extend my skills and buy some stuff to learn more about that. I got a camera from Bugcrowd to try digging into it and see what I can do.
So in 2026, I will learn more about this and break stuff. It can be nice with Bug Hunting and helpful for some targets.
Grehack
The week after, I went to Grehack like every year. It's always nice to come back there as most of my friends are also coming.
I'm not going there for the conferences but mostly to chill out. This year, I also did a little Rump in the pre-event, talking about how hard it can be to be a bug hunter and the nice parts of being free doing it.

That's quite a short post today, not a lot to write, and I need to come back to work more.
